Judy
More is a Registered Dietitian, member of the
British Dietetic Association and the Nutrition Society, who specialises
in children’s nutrition and sports nutrition. She studied nutrition
at Sydney University and graduated with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry & Pharmacology
and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics & Nutrition. Judy's current interests are in public health issues, and she has recently researched and written articles on weaning, omega-3 LCPs, rickets, fluid requirements in children, and nutritional problems within the UK. Judy
writes for several publications and is on the editorial board of the Journal
of Family Health Care. She is an active member of the British Dietetic Association, having been their representative on outside organisations. She chaired the Paediatric Group of the British Dietetic Association from 1999 – 2002 Previous work experience includes extensive experience working as a Paediatric dietitian in NHS teaching hospitals and community trusts, as well as working in private hospitals. Judy has wide experience of all paediatric nutritional problems, and now has a London practice where she sees parents and children for individual consultations.
