I offer individual face to face consultations or by Zoom or telephone on weekdays at my clinic in Chiswick, West London.

Contact me to make an appointment.

During the consultation, I take a full history to identify how any problems have arisen and then discuss how to best manage the issue. Face to face consultations are preferable but some problems can be treated over Zoom or telephone.

The aim is always to achieve adequate nutrition to ensure growth and development. I will assess your child’s current nutritional status and prioritise any areas for change. Meal and snack ideas, any needed supplements and commercial product information can be discussed.

“Thank you very much for the detailed report that you emailed to us and sent to our GP. We both found the meeting with you to be extremely informative and now feel more positive and confident about Freddie’s eating behaviours. We are now beginning to enjoy mealtimes and understand how best to cope with Freddie’s fussy eating – your advice has made a massive difference to mealtimes.”

Thank you for yesterday, you have really put my mind at ease. I wish I had spoken with you a few months ago. I now feel confident that I can work with Nicholas to get him eating a greater variety of foods. I have forwarded your details to Dr. Smith as a great contact for people in the future.”
— Mother of a 17 month old with reflux, milk allergy and feeding problems
“Thank you for your advice regarding my daughter Hayley and I am so very grateful. Thank you so much for your time and the very helpful and encouraging information. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to be listened to after months of battling with this reflux and feeding. We have started weaning and have so far introduced five different foods. We will keep on going! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. “

“Thank you very much for seeing Sophie and me yesterday. I found it extremely helpful and it was a really positive experience for Sophie. The letter you have sent is great; I’m going to email it to Sophie’s teacher so she can have a read and discuss it with whoever she needs to, then arrange a meeting for next week.”
— Mother of a 9 year old fussy eater
“It was great to meet you and Caroline left you on Friday feeling much happier that she now knows what she needed to achieve, thanks so much.”
— Mother of a 12 year old underweight girl
“Judy has been pivotal to the success with Emma achieving height/weight ratio. I also credit her with healing my relationship with my beloved daughter Emma. Judy has helped me understand Emma’s life long struggle with food and has helped me relieve our family from the pressure cooker we were living with.
Without Judy, Emma would not be eating at all.
Judy has been incredibly supportive of my plight to help Emma grow. She has advised me on vitamins and minerals, introducing us to products that have led to an improvement in nutrition.
From day one, Judy has guided me with compassion, steering me in the right direction,
empowering me to be a mother. I have always gone to Judy with ideas and recipes and Judy has helped me tailor these to Emma’s requirements. I am indebted to Judy and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to understand, nurture and nourish their children.”
